A personal need became a passion.
At 17 years old, Louise’s life changed dramatically. What started as occasional reactions to dairy developed into severe lactose intolerance that affected almost every part of daily life.
Finding safe desserts became frustrating, and finding ones that actually tasted good was even harder. Too many lactose-free options felt like compromises, and limited choices, disappointing flavours and desserts that never quite lived up to the originals.
